This is the highest marker for improvement and change in therapy. I work in a way to establish trust in our working relationship together. At times, some people may find this difficult, but what is important is for us to talk about where you currently are with what is happening for you and what you would like to gain from our work together.
Therapy offers the opportunity to explore your experiences with me as a trained, experienced and thoughtful therapist in the following ways:
“I fully recommend Tara as a counsellor of couples as well as individuals. When she was employed by our agency she worked very successfully with people of all ages presenting with a wide range of issues and her clients would always comment on her warmth and understanding”
Jo John, Senior Accredited Counsellor and Supervisor, The Counselling Information Trust, Poole.
